Water Aerobics

Aerobic exercise using water weights. Focuses on aerobic endurance and resistane training.

Water Max

Workout class in the pool that typically uses weights and kickboard for non-swimming exercises.

Silver Sneakers

Uses small exercise balls and resistance bands to do exercises. These exercises are usually done in a chair.


Max interval training has you working as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals with 3-second breaks.


Postures, breathing and meditation to promote allignment, strength, flexibility, relaxation and balance.

Total Body Conditioning

Full body strength and toning workout achieved through high repetition, non-cardio exercises with equipment.

PiYo Live

Combination of Pilates and Yoga. Exercises strengthen and sculpt the body as well as enhance flexibility.

Dance Fitness

Group fitness workout incorporating different types of dance. Makes for a full body aerobic workout.
